XMLElementType (Function) In french: XMLTypeElément Returns the type of current element (tag or attribute). To select an element, use the functions for XML search and browse ( XMLFirst, XMLLast, XMLChild, ...).

Syntax
<Result> = XMLElementType(<XMLÂ document>)
<Result>: Integer constant Type of current element. | | XMLAttribute | The current element is an attribute. | XMLError | No element is currently read. The ErrorOccurred variable is set to True. | XMLTag | The current element is a tag. |
<XML document>: Character string Name of the XML document used. This document contains the XML code to study and it was created by XMLDocument. Remarks Characteristics of current element - The value of current element is returned by XMLData.
- The name of current element is returned by XMLElementName.
