The NbDescribedThumbnail property is used to get the number of thumbnails expected for an item. This item was defined in the data model editor or through programming.
Remark: The number of expected thumbnails may be different from the number of thumbnails actually generated (returned by the NbThumbnail property).

Syntax
<Expected number of thumbnails> = <Data file>.<Item>.NbDescribedThumbnail
<Expected number of thumbnails>: Integer
Number of thumbnails requested for the specified item.
<Data file>: Character string
Name of the data file used. This name was defined in the data model editor or with the File Description type.
<Item>: Character string
Name of binary memo item used. This name was defined in the data model editor or with the Item Description type.
Remarks
The NbDescribedThumbnail property is available:
  • in HFSQL Classic: on the items of a data file, view or query.
  • in HFSQL Client/Server mode: for the items found in a data file only.
Linux The NbDescribedThumbnail property is only available on data file items in HFSQL Client/Server.
