20. Managing suggestions and incidents
The Control Centers also allow you to manage user feedback on your applications. If your application contains an automatic help menu ('?' menu with "Send suggestions..."), the users of your application will be able to easily send suggestions, incidents or business rules. Remark: if a fatal error occurs when the application is running, an error report can be automatically generated and sent to the developer via the "Feedback" component provided with WINDEV. |
