2. Managing emails (POP3/IMAP/SMTP)

POP3/IMAP and SMTP are email management protocols recognized by all service providers. These protocols allow you to communicate with the email server available at your ISP.

Remark

  • POP3 and IMAP are used to receive emails.
  • SMTP is used to send emails.

Principle

  1. Start an email session with EmailStartSession.
  2. Send and read the messages.
  3. Close the email session with EmailCloseSession.
